1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
2. Remove the exhaust system. |
3. Remove the driveshaft (see subsection 9.10). |
4. Turn off bolts of fastening of arms of the case of the mechanism of change of transfers, disconnect draft of change of transfers. |
5. Disconnect wires from the VMT sensor, from sensors of rotation of the crankshaft and from the backing signal switch, or remove these sensors. |
6. Remove the working cylinder of coupling, without disconnecting a hose. Take the cylinder aside and fix. |
7. You will hang out the check point the cart with a jack, turn off check point support nuts. |
8. Carefully lower the power unit (the check point with the engine) on a cross-piece. |
9. Turn off bolts of fastening of the check point to the engine. |
10. Carefully bring the check point out of the engine, without allowing that the main shaft of the check point perceived unit weight. Lower the check point and roll out the cart with the check point from under the car. |
11. Installation is carried out upside-down. Grease vents of a main shaft with Microlube GL 261 lubricant or equivalent. At installation of the check point turn the crankshaft before coincidence of shlits of a main shaft and a frictional clutch plate. Track that all washers of bolts of fastening of the check point were established, otherwise subsequently it will be extremely difficult to turn off bolts. |
