2.7. Check of a condition of tires and pressure in tires

GENERAL INFORMATION

Care of tires includes check of depth of a protector (by means of the indicator).
Check of pressure in tires is made on cold tires.

You carry out identification of traces of abnormal wear and damages by which it is possible to determine a condition of details of a forward suspension bracket and steering. Tires are supplied with a special bandage which becomes visible with a residual depth of a protector less than 1,6 mm. At detection of signs of abnormal wear of a protector address to car service for check of a condition of a suspension bracket and adjustment of angles of installation of wheels.

Regularly delete the stones or sharp objects which got stuck in a protector. Periodically remove wheels and clear external and internal surfaces of a disk of dirt.

If there is a suspicion on the fact that the tire is punctured, then check the place of a possible puncture by means of soap solution. In case of leak formation of bubbles will be observed.

Periodically check and support pressure in tires, including a spare wheel.

In case of pressure drop improve a gate zolotnik in the tire.
